Festival Community Engagement Assistant
Woodstock, NB
Anticipated Start Date: May 25, 2026
This position is perfect for a college or university student interested in events, community engagement, marketing, or tourism.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with planning and organizing Old Home Week events and activities
• Supporting event setup, takedown, and on-site operations
• Helping promote events through social media, posters, and community outreach
• Working with volunteers, local businesses, and community groups
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling and tracking supplies
• Welcoming and assisting residents and visitors during events
• Helping document events through photos, videos, and summaries
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, community engagement, and marketing while helping deliver one of Woodstock’s most loved summer traditions.
